Do you travel for weddings/elopements?
Yes, I do! You can contact me for more details :)
What is your turn around time?
Turnaround times can vary a bit depending on the season! Since I’m also a teacher during the school year, photography keeps me busy on the side, but during the summer it is my main focus. Either way, I always make sure to deliver your photos as quickly as possible. Wedding galleries are typically ready within up to 3 months.
Do you offer different editing styles?
I do not. The editing that you see on my website or social media is the editing style I offer :)
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, I recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. Portrait and lifestyle sessions typically book 4–6 weeks ahead, depending on the season.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Flexible payment plans are available. I want your experience to feel easy and stress-free.
Can I bring props or outfit changes?
Of course! I encourage you to bring items that reflect your personality or story. Outfit changes are welcome if time allows.
What is required to book a session with you?
To reserve your date, a signed contract and a 20% retainer are required. This retainer is non-refundable if you cancel your session, but don’t worry, rescheduling doesn’t count as canceling! If I ever need to cancel for any reason, your retainer will be fully refunded.
What happens if there is weather or an emergency?
If the weather isn’t cooperating or an emergency arises, we’ll simply reschedule for a new date that works for both of us. Your retainer will transfer to the rescheduled session, and there’s no additional fee for weather or emergency-related changes. Our comfort and safety always come first!
Do you help with posing and feeling awkward/uncomfortable?
Absolutely! I’ll guide you through natural poses and prompts that feel relaxed and fun! No stiff or forced smiles here :)
Do you help with location scouting and outfit ideas?
Yes! I have several Pinterest boards based on what kind of vibe you are looking for that I can send to you. Once you have chosen the vibe you like, I will send location recommendations and outfit inspo your way!
What if I don't like my photos?
My editing style reflects what you see in my portfolio. While I’m happy to guide you on location and outfit choices, your photos will reflect the true colors and atmosphere of your setting. Decor, lighting, location, colors and wardrobe all play a big role. Your images will look true-to-life based on those things. Your mood and energy also show in your photos, so relax and have fun! Because photography is an art form, refunds or re-edits that aren’t offered by me are not permitted, but I am always welcome to open communication if something feels off and we can come up with a solution together.
Do you accept rush fees?
I do not accept rush fees. Please book your shoot in advance. My turn around time is 2-3 weeks. Weddings are 3 months.
